Mehmed II (30 de marzu de 1432- 3 de mayu de 1481), apodáu el conquistador, fíu de Murad II, Sultán Otomanu ente 1451 y 1481 foi el sétimu sultán de la casa d'Osman, dinastía de los Osmanlíes. En 1453 tomó Constantinopla provocando la cayida del Imperiu Romanu d'Oriente. Tentó de tomar Belgráu tres d'un llargu asediu pero nun lo consiguió. Conquistó toa Bosnia, el Ducáu d'Atenes serbia y Grecia. Tamíen tentó de tomar Rodes pero fracasó.
