Find the best title for a URL from a collection of anchor texts

I'm trying to find the best title for a given URL (urlA) from a collection of anchor texts.
These anchor texts are collected by scrapping other pages that have link to this urlA. The anchor texts are fairly inconsistent, and I'm trying to come up with a 1 word title that will best describe the URL.
Any suggestion on how can I try solve this problem ?
Thank you!
For eg, input looks like this:
(url, anchor_text):
urlA/news, AOL
urlA/news, Get more top headlines here
urlA/news, Get more top news stories here
urlA/news, Read more >
urlA/news, Get more news stories here
urlA/news, Read More >

urlA/news, Website Website
