For a project I want to create a system where the user passes a problem description and the machine learning system identifies the most accurate article for self-help steps if any available (like a FAQ).
My available dataset is not labeled, so I do not know for previous problem descriptions which article might help for the given description. For each article some key words are saved which maybe could be helpful.
I've already looked into the theory of some unsupervised learning methods but didn't really found anything that sounds relaiable for this situation. I have to say that this is my first project in machine learning and don't have any experience. Are there any unsupervised algorithms for solving this problem? Without manually labelling the data, is there any possibility to use a supervised method and go the text classification route?
I'll be happy if someone could point me to right direction.
