I'm trying to take a large document and extract various pieces of information. For example, from this clinical study, I'd like to extract:
- Inclusion criteria, pg 8 & pg 27
- Exclusion criteria, pg 8-9 & pg 28
- Duration of treatment, pg 9
- Primary objectives, pg 24
- Secondary objectives, pg 24
- Primary Efficacy Analysis, pg 62
- Secondary Efficacy Analyses, pg 62
I'm not entirely sure if entity extraction is the best approach here. My question is how to replicate this process across other studies.

Are you trying to extract pages of these exact headings from several studies or are you trying to build something that finds the most important headings with the accompanying page?
