I need to spatially join tweets that contains drug-related terms with the census tracts, and compute the normalized number of tweets using the provided boundary and population data.
I must implement this using Spark, and demonstrate that I can do this task in a scalable way such that if there are additional tweets, or census tract data available, my code can still run efficiently.
any idea?
