I am considering which courses to take to end up with a solid and deep understanding in these topics, more than just being able to use it, but being able to understand what happens and keep developing the concepts.
I'm interested which mathemathical topics, and how much of them, are required for this. And if I should just make a minor in maths and switch then, or if I can put enough maths into a CS minor.
Question: Which mathematical basics (above school leaving examination) are absolutely necessary to understand main methods and technics of deep learning, computer vision and data science?
deep-learning computer-vision math
